Prague International Marathon
2500 years ago, Pheidippides from Athens was the first in history to run the 42195 meters between his home town and the place of the battle which gave its name to the more fascinating race of athletics. Certainly there is no better place to celebrate this important anniversary than the charming atmosphere of Prague during one of the events of the Prague International Marathon. Scheduled appointments are the Hervis Prague half Marathon (March27), the Volkswagen Marathon Weekend 2010 (8-9 May) and the Tesco Prague Grand Prix 2010 (11 September).
